I.Basic parameters

II.Function Description:

1. Correct the paper feeding error with a pull gauge ± 0.3mm.
2. The whole belt of the spray printing part is fully adsorbed.
3. The whole belt of LED part is fully adsorbed.

III.Main structure:

1. Main body: the equipment frame adopts high-strength and low stress steel wallboard with a thickness of 20mm to enhance stability. The transmission part is provided with protective cover
2. Main control: the whole machine is controlled by Taiwan Delta PLC. There is a touch screen to set parameters and monitor the working state. There are operable buttons in the front and back of the equipment.
3. Drive: high performance reduction motor combined with frequency converter is adopted to improve operation stability.

4. Line arrangement: all lines of the machine are arranged in a closed manner to reduce the probability of failure caused by human factors

Code spraying and transmission part:

1. Inkjet belt: the whole piece of imported materials is spliced, and the surface is frosted.
2. LED curing belt: the whole piece of imported materials is spliced and the surface is frosted.
3. Traction drive: the actuator is a reduction motor, which is driven by circular arc tooth synchronous belt and synchronous wheel. It has the characteristics of low noise, low power loss and large torque transmission.
