Purpose
Separates stacked products into single sheets for coding at the next workstation, reducing manual labor and significantly improving production efficiency and coding accuracy. When coding equipment (such as small-character inkjet printers, laser machines, UV printers, high-resolution inkjet printers) malfunctions, causing missed or misapplied codes, the high-speed production line makes it impossible for humans to visually inspect errors. Therefore, a visual inspection system replaces manual detection, enhancing productivity.

The visual inspection has three functions
Character Quantity Detection: Identifies missing or incomplete codes.
OCR Character Detection: Checks for strokes or typographical errors in characters.
Barcode/QR Code Scanning: Verifies barcode and QR code readability.

Visual System Features

Stability: Consistent product orientation and uniform coding positions.
Detection Precision: ≥99.99% accuracy for missing half or more of a character, with ≥99.99% rejection rate.
Automatic Rejection: ≥99.99% rejection rate for defective products; precise and uniform rejection position. The system can trigger alarms if consecutive rejects occur, prompting operators to investigate.
