Usage

The suction-type paging machine can be used in conjunction with equipment such as coders, labelers, and laser machines, or operate independently. Its use will significantly improve worker efficiency, save time, reduce labor, and minimize production costs.

It automatically separates stacks of various-sized paper-card boxes, packaging bags, paper-film bags, or paper bags into single sheets and transfers them to a conveyor belt. This facilitates printing or labeling by coders, labelers, or laser machines, including production dates, batch numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks, and patterns. This eliminates the tediousness of manual paging and maximizes the high-speed printing/labeling advantages of coders, labelers, and laser machines, improving overall efficiency. The paging mechanism creates negative pressure on the conveyor belt, ensuring strong adhesion of separated items even at high speeds, preventing drifting and allowing faster printing/labeling.
